Chef Jenny,
Great recipe! I plan to try this one. I make a herbal treat with nut butters, herbs that support your adrenals, and dried fruit.
YUM!
Hi Chef Jenny!
When I want a sweet treat, I try to turn to natural, whole foods as much as possible, namely fresh fruits and dates. If I’m baking something that calls for sugar, I will use date sugar, xylitol or stevia instead. What do you think about these natural sweeteners? I realize xylitol and stevia are still highly processed, but from what I’ve read they seem to be much easier on the body than sugar.
