  • Explore the vast variety of health-supportive and natural foods and become familiar with natural foods and ingredients along with easy ways to incorporate them into your lifestyle.
  • Practice the art of tasting and seasoning, and cooking “intuitively”, allowing you to transform healthy foods into something you and your whole family will enjoy.
  • Learn and practice knife skills and other techniques that will help you become a more efficient cook to maximize your results in the kitchen.

This Natural Chef’s Training program has a plant-based foods focus, is suitable for vegans and will include some fish and egg cookery.  Class Topics include:

  • Beans and Legumes
  • Whole Grains
  • Good Fats and Oils
  • Sea Vegetable Cookery
  • Unrefined Sugars
  • Raw and Living Foods

COST: $325 (less than $55 a class) includes hands-on training, organic health-supportive meals, a resource binder with materials and recipes, and a subscription to Chef Jenny Brewer’s Weekly Meal Plan with weekly coupons to New Leaf.  Class size is limited to 10 to maximize personal attention.
