The Beauty of Rituals!

Do you have a favorite food ritual? One of the rituals I love is taking a break in the afternoon and having a nice cup of tea and something yummy to eat. It isn’t just the tea and the food I enjoy—it is taking the break from work and giving myself a quiet moment of peace (even if is is SHORT!). The tea and food is only part of my enjoyment and if I guzzled my tea and scarfed my food, it would be nowhere near as enjoyable.

This week, why not recreate a favorite food ritual for yourself ? A steamy cup of tea in the morning while you sit and contemplate your day? How about dining by candlelight with your honey after the kids have gone to bed? Be sure to let us know your favorite food ritual!
